What Is in My Inventory?
Pirate is hosting Bear Blog Carnival with the topic of “What's In My Inventory?”. I enjoyed reading the other entries and seeing how everyone has a kind of different vibe to them based on the items they carry. So many medicine peeps, too! Wonder what kind of vibe I give off to you based on mine.
In my day-to-day life I carry a black backpack with red decorations. It was bought in a grocery store with a discount bought by the store points. It's pretty old but durable. I was thinking of getting a new one, a pretty one perhaps, but it's hard to find a durable looking backpacks out in the wild. I swapped from a laptop bag as the off-the-shoulder way of wearing it with the laptop inside hurt a lot. The backpack is easier to wear but it's too big, it's usually half empty. If I go out on a date or something, I pick a pretty bag based on the number of things I need to bring and my dress!
Some of my inventory.### Cinnamoroll Water bottle
As I have mentioned on my blog before, I have a hard time keeping track of my water intake. I don't always bring my water bottle with me, but when I do, it helps. Cinnamoroll is too small, though. And I keep forgetting to refill him. He's so cute. Makes me smile. He has a little crown on top of his head, and I also found out recently that you can pull out the heart decoration on the cap and hang the water bottle somewhere with it, perhaps? Very cool!
### Umbrella
I bring a black umbrella with me. I am usually not an umbrella bringer. Usually, I only bring it if it rains when I leave, but never if it rains later. This umbrella is special, though. It's been given to me by my significant other, because I was silly and I lost my umbrella the day before - I'm not an umbrella bringer, so it's easy for me to forget it if I bring it. I will never forget this umbrella, though. It's very important to me, and also, it's ours. Bigger responsibility! It's also a Daiso Japan brand, which is kinda cool, for a weeb like me.
### Lomomatic 110 Camera
I fell in love at the first sight with this camera. It's just too cute! I bought it and with it a purple film that I am excited to develop. I need to finish shooting the roll, though. I want to develop as many photos at once so I don't waste the chemicals. I hope that happens soon. I look forward to seeing some of the photos I took during this year's vacation (though it is good that I'm only this year's vacation worth behind, what if it were last year's vacation!!).
### Filipino Textbook and Phrasebook
I like to pretend that I am capable. Textbooks help. This one is weirdly light, too. I have a system of highlighting markers (linguistic) with my pastel markers (a drawing supply), so it's a very colourful one too. I use sticky notes with two cats to add notes from my lessons in it. And I have cat shaped sticky bookmarks as well.
### Tablet PC With a Pink Cover
I've gotten the cover recently. It's very new and pretty. This is kind of a new tablet. Before this one I had an Asus for like five years. It still works but it got so slow, and I was afraid to use it properly for schoolings. So, I got a new one, but the old cover was shedding the faux skin everywhere. It used to be mint. I went with pink, because I wanted change, but I was really tempted to get another mint-coloured cover. And this cover came with a little bag that I use for the charger and my drawing glove.
It's fun to write on the tablet. I had a hard time figuring out how to take notes efficiently. I like to rewrite things a lot. I like typing. I would love to type for a living - I did actually attempt that, but apparently my personality is not good enough for that kind of job, so I got bullied off. Still love typing, though. But I did figure out that sometimes it's nice to write in digital ink, as well.
### Grogu's Phone
In reality, it's mine. I have a Lego Grogu charm on it, though. I got it from my significant other (as all the other cool things I own). It's so cute. Every time I see Grogu, I remember the cute scenes where he's trying his best to help out.
My phone has a purple case cover. I keep my school and insurance cards in it. I also have 10 Czech Crowns in it and 50 Dirhams. I'm loaded! It is used to play Umamusume, do Filipino flash cards and text on Discord. On the rare occasions I get calls, I forget that I have my microphone muted. It's a bit embarrassing. I also take a lot of photos with my phone. I like to take pictures of the night sky - sometimes it captures more stars than I can see. Which is so interesting. It must be the AI mumbo jumbo (although I am aware that cameras are more sensitive so they see fainter stars, especially with longer exposure, but it's stil interesting you can take photos of stars with your pocket phone).
### Handwarmers
It replaced my fan. I got this as a gift from my significant other, too. I got it in summer, so I had to wait a while to use it... and it is amazing. Sometimes my ears hurt, so I use it to heat my ear area, and it helps a lot. I'm looking forward to the cold cold days of winter. It will be very handy. Hopefully! It's already handy and it's not as cold, so hopefully it will be strong enough to survive the winter. The design of it is also funny; being something for winter yet having flowers on it. And it's magnetic. Feels like Switch.
### Where Is My Handkerchief?!
I should be bringing more things, I think. Maybe. Well, for me, I wish I could bring less. I actually sometimes do. I can just go out without my bag, honestly. I bring the bag and items just so it looks like I'm a proper adult. I don't know if it works! I should put handkerchief and a backup handkerchief in my bag, as well. It's very handy. I should also keep spare painkillers. I kind of need them a lot, yet somehow, I keep forgetting them. I also forgot to put my wallet back in my bag. I have changed my bags. And my wallet is in the old bag, still. So are my handkerchiefs. And my shopping bags. Sometimes it is handy to have a separate bag for shopping, so it doesn't get squished, right? And a first aid kit in general. I should prepare that, one day.
There is a lot to improve on in my inventory. And what about you? Do you have everything you need in your day-to-day inventory? I hope so!
